Dave became a Financial Advisor in 2016, with an eye toward assisting clients in reaching their financial goals by helping them better understand how the pieces to the financial puzzle fit together to form a long-term plan. As the Partner in charge of the Payne, Nickles & Company Audit practice, he works in both of the Firm’s offices. His work on employee benefit plan audits has shown him the general need for a better understanding of financial plans and goal setting.
Having grown up in Sandusky, Dave graduated from the University of Toledo in 1982 when he began his career in public accounting. He is active in the community and serves on several nonprofit organization boards. When not in the office or at a nonprofit board meeting, he enjoys racing sailboats with his wife, Cindy, and spending time with his family.
